Registration and payment

Registrations are now open!

Please note that early-bird fees are available for any registration paid before April 15. We also remind you that a participant may present only one paper. We also kindly ask you to carefully select the appropriate fee category corresponding to your situation; otherwise, your registration may be invalidated. (see table below).

Please remember to:

• Provide your personal information (ideally the same as those used for your submission).
• Select your registration type: If you are an AFFI member, please ensure that your membership is up to date. If you are a PhD student, you must upload proof of your doctoral enrollment.
• Indicate your participation in the various meals (lunches and the Gala dinner) as well as in the cultural activities scheduled for the evening of June 2nd. These activities will take place right after the last sessions of the day and just before the Gala dinner.
• Select your payment method (credit card, bank transfer or purchase order).

 Some remarks regarding the payment methods

• For French institutions only, payment by purchase orderis possible. You can upload the document during your registration, or upload it later by updating your registration. You may also send it to affi2026.clerma@uca.fr (please indicate “purchase order” in the subject line). Here is the information needed to complete the purchase order

• For bank transfers: after selecting the fee, entering your personal information, and choosing this payment method, you will receive an email containing our bank details. The transfer confirmation can be uploaded later by updating your registration. Please enter as the reference of your transfer AFFI 2026 followed by the reference of your paper.

Fees includes coffee breaks, lunches as well as the gala dinner, except for doctoral and PhD students (whose lower registration fees do not cover the gala dinner).

In addition to the two days main conference (June, 2-3), the conference includes, on the June 1st, 2026, a PhD workshop for doctoral students engaged in financial research.

Hotel and all other travel-related costs are not included. Please do not forget to book your hotel. Participants are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. To help participants, we will provide as soon as possible some information on the 'accommodations' page.
