Submission > How to submit a paper

We invite scholars and practitioners to submit theoretical and empirical papers in all areas of finance. Papers must be written and presented in English. Authors of accepted papers are expected to serve as chair and/or discussant of work in their field(s). 

Main sessions are planned on the 2nd and 3rd June, 2026

In addition to the regular conference, a PhD Workshop is planned on the 1st of June, 2026.

 AFFI membership is not required to submit a paper. 

 

Instructions to be observed

You must submit a full draft of your article not just an abstract. The uploaded version of your paper must be anonymous. Papers submitted to the conference must be written in English and in PDF format.

Be sure to specify submission type : parallel sessions, PhD workshop and poster session. 

 

Important Dates:

Submissions deadline: 15th of January, 2026

Notification of acceptance: 15th of March, 2026

 

How to submit your paper?

 Step 1: Go to the "Submit" page

You have two options:

  • "Create an account" - you will immediately receive an email in order to validate your account. Once validated, your account is ready for use.
  • "Log in" if you are already registered. If you've lost your password, click on the "Forgotten password" button and enter either your id or email. You will need to log in everytime you're coming back on the website.

Step 2: Submit a paper

  • Log in by using your username and password
  • Click on "Submission" in the menu
  • Click on "Submit a paper"

Follow the guidelines and details indicated (4 steps) up to the final validation Overview / Submit.


Step 3: Check the confirmation email

Right after your submission, you will receive the confirmation email (with your submission number).
